Looks like We Will See Wonder Woman And The Flash Sooner Then We Thought!

Out of the DC Entertainment birth fiasco, I found that Wonder Woman and The Flash are NOT being canceled.

This from MTV:

"DC Entertainment President Diane Nelson recently told Comic Book Resources about her desire to prioritize several DC properties including "Superman," "Wonder Woman," "Justice League" and more."

Interesting Wonder Woman was mentioned in there. Here is a bit of news I found out regarding The Flash:

"THE FLASH: Currently experiencing a comic book resurgence thanks to the Geoff Johns-penned "Flash: Rebirth" miniseries, the Fastest Man Alive is yet another superhero deserving of a major motion picture.

As Johns himself is producing and assisting on the film's script, and with Flash's ally Hal Jordan taking flight in 2011's "Green Lantern," the odds of seeing Wally West (or Barry Allen, depending on which version we get) on the big screen in the near future are fairly high."

Head over to MTV splash page using the below link to read the rest of their article. Unlike recently reported it doesnt look like Wonder Woman or The Flash have any plans at all of being shelved. The WB is taking their time in developing these properties. If the WB shelved two of the Justice League's main characters then how would they follow Marvel's model of giving each major team member their own movie and then following those up with the JLA?

I'm thinking that Warner Bros have decided to make a shared DC Universe now, with Green Lantern coming up and with a possible cameo from Supes, Superman's getting his own reboot and now Wonder Woman and Flash are back on the table I'd definiltey say DC has realised the success of Marvel's movie universe and thought they should do the same thing, this is great news, I just wouldn't be expecting Batman to show up in a Justice League movie anytime soon

I would rather see a Shazam movie to the big screen because Captain Marvel is awesome hero. It would do well at the boxx office.

Exactly SirPrize,,,Myeh to you to my friend. I wish I could feel bad about deleting your article but since I don't have the power to delete, I wont feel bad:) Anyway enough talk of lesser things, DC wont shelve these two they know it will make them bank for a successful dark Villain Ares lead Wonder Woman movie. The lady population will go ga ga over it and if she's hot, which you know she will be, everybody on this site will be wearing Wonderwoman T-shirts living the dream. The Flash is bad ass as well and the WB knows that. They are just being careful because of the Superman Returns bullshit that hap to them and they don't want a repeat.

I think this is good news...I just wonder if they will still use Christian Bale as Batman by the time they hit Justice league, or use a different actor? It doesn't seem like Bale's Batman would really fit the Justice League atmosphere, but I could be wrong. On the other hand, there probably wouldn't be as much hype if Batman had another actor. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm.

Well since DC f'd up by casting Reynolds as Hal Jordon I guess I'd go with...

Michael Weatherly for Barry Allen
