WATCH: New 4K BTS Footage From Justice League And Wonder Woman

Check out a new behind-the-scenes 4k Video from BTS DP Simon Firsht offering a new look at the making of Justice League and Wonder Woman and a surprising revelation about Justice League's end-credits scene

Simon Firsht, who was credited as "Behind the scenes Director of Photography/Cameraman" on both Justice League and Patty Jenkins' Wonder Woman has unveiled a new show-reel on his Yotube channel that shows, among other things, previously unseen behind-the scenes footage from the two movies in glorious 4K resolution.

You can see a lot of Zack Snyder in this footage but the clip does offer a surprising revelation - that Jesse Eisenberg's end-credits scene was shot (or re-shot depending upon how you see it) by Josh Whedon instead of Zack Snyder. On the film-clap and in the captions in the video, the scene is credited to Whedon only.

no no Zeus, you use lightning, not repulsor beams.

Kind of looked like Hercules on the thumbnail.

@Toecutter - I'm sure Marvel's casting department already has his number on speed dial just in case.

@Toecutter - I got the sense Snyder modeled him on Leonidas to be honest. A rather similar look.

@Spidey91 - That's a DC actor now. They might use him again in WW 2.

@KingLeonidas - DC actors have crossed to the MCU before (most recently Lawrence Fishburne). second, I don't think WB has that thing where the actors can't be on the competition's movies like Marvel does.
and third, c'mon, WB isn't gonna use this guy for anything else. he's literally just a 10 second cameo in a critical and financial bomb, in a flashback to the battle with a villain nobody gave a sh*t. I really, really doubt they have future plans for his Zeus.

@Spidey91 - Pity. We didn't get to see his acting but he has a great look for a CBM film. So he could definitely be used somewhere.

I'm so upset that the Justice League has failed on the big screen. When they make a new one (whether it be a sequel or reboot), everyone will still have the bad taste of this film in their mouths. WB has lost my trust as a moviegoer when it comes to the DC Films

@DaHyro - Sadly JL is a failed film. In every way. It just doesn't work and doesn't make sense. DC absolutely dropped the ball.

@DaHyro - Bad tastes can be washed out. Casino Royale made me almost completely forget about Die Another Day.

I liked that after credit scene. I was freaking out when I saw it. I wasn't a fan of a lot of most of the awkward humor in Justice League, but Whedon's decision to use Everybody Knows in the opening credits sequence, and this end credits sequence were great. Good job, Joss. I just wish we could have gotten more of that pre-Marvel Joss Whedon in Justice League.
