Numerous reports say that the billionaire is working with the people who successfully cloned Dolly the sheep. He hopes they can use the same process, but with dinosaur DNA. Clive Palmer is also planning to build a 21st century replica of the Titanic. It is unsure if any of these plans will really come together, but we will just have to wait and see.
