It's been an exciting day for news here on ComicBookMovie.com following the release of all that new content for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, but Warner Bros. is reminding us that the DC Extended Universe is still very much in the game with a cool title reveal for The Flash movie.
Shooting has finally begun in the UK, and director Andy Muschietti has marked the occasion with a brief video showing off the title - they appear to have gone with simply "The Flash" - and some electrifying imagery. We even get to hear what may or may not be the Scarlet Speedster's new theme in the DCEU.
While we expected the movie to be called The Flash, it's still a little surprising when the current CW TV show shares that title. Once upon a time, the plan was to go with Flashpoint, but it seems that instead of an adaptation of that event series, we're getting a whole new take on the DC Multiverse.
