Its been revealed today that Thor: God of Thunder will no longer be released on PSP when it hits shelves on other formats on April 29th, instead of the previously announced date of May 3.

Sega confirmed the cancellation and new release date in its latest release schedule which stated that the game will instead be released on on the soon to be released Nintendo 3DS.

The third person action adventure – also due for release on Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii – follows the stories of Marvel’s comic book hero Thor. It will make its way to Nintendo’s upcoming 3DS handheld, although the 3DS version has not yet been given a firm release date.
