Bidness Etc have posted a list of actors they feel would do more justice to the role of Wonder Woman than the somewhat controversial choice of Fast And Furious star Gal Gadot. Read on to see if you agree - and be sure to give them some stick for picking Megan Fox.

When it was announced that Gal Godot got the part of Wonder Woman in the upcoming Superman sequel, a lot of haters had a hard time stomaching the decision. Although the Fast and Furious actress should be given a chance to show us how good she can be, we bring you our other choices for the role.

1. Lucy Lawless


Best known for her role as Xena, the warrior princess, Lucy Lawless has the ferocity and kick-ass attitude to make a Wonder Woman true to the comic books. If anyone has experience with playing the role of an Amazonian warrior, it’s Lucy Lawless.

2. Erica Durance

Smallville’s Lois Lane, Erica Durance, has shown that she has the acting prowess to pull off a strong female character. Her muscular and curvy physique (and that witty mean streak) makes Durance easily a better Wonder Woman than Gal Gadot.

3. Jaimie Alexander

Jaimie Alexander’s got a lot of backing from Wonder Woman fans to play the Amazonian princess. Her turn as Sif in this year’s Thor: The Dark World showed that she would be right at home playing a badass warrior. And she’s got the look down too.

Jamie Alexander is the only one I agree with. Lucy Lawless would have been perfect in the mid 90s, but she is far too old. The other picks are not nearly as good as Gadot. Also, did Erica Durance wear a WW costume in a scene on Smallville? Would have been cool to include that, but I couldn't see her on screen with Cavill and Affleck

The first two already were Wonder Woman.
Well, Xena was WW in Justice League - The New Frontier and Durance wore a WW costume as Lois Lane in Smallville.
Jamie Alexander would've been good, though.
She was a fan-favorite along with Gina Carano, Lynn Collins, Gemma Arterton and a few others.
I know we were all dreaming, because it makes sense to cast an unknown, but they could've at least cast an unknown that had the right body type and had proven that they could act in something.
How the fvck did Gal Gadot get the part, anyway?
Snyder is usually spot-on with his casting, what's he doing, I don't get it, it's madness, was it just done to piss off Henry Cavills ex, Gina Carano or something?
I wish I could see the potential.
And she needs to eat.

Gal auditioned, and beat people for the role...that simple.

Why is it when a woman is cast the thought of bulking up for a role is unthinkable, and comments like 'She's too skinny' come out. When Cavill was cast, when Bale was cast they both had to go through training, Gal will do as well.

Even though you said 5 and in the link it shows 6, I'll forgive you... But all of those choices Blow something fierce besides Jaimie Alexander. The other part of looking the part, is being able to Act the part, I know, crazy right! And the only of of them can would look the part and could act the part would have been Jaimie. Gadot's acting sucks, she is nothing to drool over, and her body is wrong in every way/shape/ & form, no matter how much work she puts in she will not fit the part (looks or acting), sorry...
