On Following In Patrick Stewart's Footsteps:

"I've always kind of said that the point of doing prequels is showing who they were before they became the person we already know. Just to help validate the reason for making this movie, you have to make those characters very, very different."

"So, I'm always nervous because my character is a very different representation of who he becomes. But then the whole look and setting of the film is so removed as well. It's set in the sixties, the casting is very different. So hopefully that will help the fact that the characterizations are very, very different."

On How He Plans On Putting His Mark On X-Men: First Class:

"In the comic books, Professor X often has to put his hands to his temples. And I thought, 'Well, I'm going to do that.' I might be doing Patrick a disservice, but I don't think he did that in the other movies."

X-Men: First Class is set to be released on June 3, later this year!
