Many here at CBM have expressed concerns about how well The Avengers:Earths Mightiest Heroes has been fairing. Air date and time changes have raised concerns about the shows success.

At this years C2E2 last week in Chicago, Jeph Loeb helped lay those fears to rest with an update on how the show has been received.

Loeb had the following to say to Newsarama during an exclusive video interview...

"Avengers right now on DXD. Loving the show, it's doing very well. And certainly the fan response has been unbelievable every single time a new one airs."

This is very good to hear. Outside of being aware the show would be airing again around the time Thor hits theaters, there has not been much information as to how well the show itself is doing. I hope it does extremely well and sticks around for quite some time to come. I only transcribed the portion of the interview pertaining to EMH. There is plenty more to hear from Loeb at Newsarama by clicking on the link below, unfortunately most of it has been posted here at CBM over the last week.

Yeah definitely enjoying it a LOT, all the little easters eggs and cameos make it even better. When first saw the art style I was kinda worried but I think it suits the show, its grown on me. hopefully it sticks around for a long time

Love this show, even though i dident think I would since from the art style it looked like it would be geared more towards younger kids, but they do the characters really well and if you ever read the comics from the 70s theres alot from there which is really cool.

And yea even though Im more of a DC fan and in general they kick Marvels ass when it comes to tv, this is way better then Young Justice.

Thank god it's doing well, wouldn't want it to get canceled like Wolverine & The X-Men and Spectacular Spider-Man.

Definitely love this show, one of the best cartoons this generation. Can't wait for it's new episodes after Thor!

@weapon X- will you just give up! marvel's not going to bring back that show just cuz you keep posting that stupid ass video online everywhere and have a facebook page for it! do you really think there gunna go "oh hey a whinny fan with a facebook page wants the xmen show back, lets get that going right away!" so unless you are going to pay all the voice actors, artist, writers, and all the other people that make this show STFU!

I really like the show... That and Young Justice make watching the telly vision better. I just wish Thor wouldn't carry his hammer like Linus carries his blanket. He is a bit tougher than that. I do hope for more seasons.

My favorite part of this whole series so far has been Hawkeye and Hulk sitting in the rafters giggling together watching Cap give Tony Stark fighting lessons in the ring and beating his ass.

Glad to hear a date on new episodes of this series. I've really enjoyed this series so far. It is as close as I could ever hope to see to the Avengers comics of the 70s and 80s that got me into reading comics.

Still think it's really silly to argue about the "better show" between Avengers and Young Justice since the only similarity the shows have is that they are animated. They're both very good shows. Why can't we enjoy them both, and be happy that there are two extremely good superhero series on TV?

For that matter, how about giving the "Marvel v. DC" thing in general a rest? There was a profound difference between the two in the Silver Age, especially the earlier part of that era, but with creators going back and forth between them, and the endless imitation of each other the two companies do, that difference has been blurred for a long, long time now. I think the whole thing is silly.

@comicb00kguy I agree...They both are inspiring sets of characters..lets just love them both!! Young Justice deserves props soley for the Aqua-lab reboot. Great character, sensible reboot, and a neat adjustment without it seeming "token" or for "PC" reason. Just works..well..plus the kids is so likable, and full of the classic hero traits from ages past...

As for EMH...seen them all, many many times, and its the most fun cartoon since JL/JLU in my humble opinion. The scene with Hawkeye and Hulk mocking Tony while Cap kicks his butt was my favorite...

In my personal opinion, I found that Wolverine and the xmen was better than EMH. But overall Young Justice currently is still the best.

I agree with comicb00kguy, but I do see a disturbing similarity between Aqualad in YJ and the son of Black Panther and (assuming) Storm, Azari, in the Next Avengers movie. I just watched that for the first time last night (way late...I know). I thought it was a great movie, surprisingly enough, but I couldn't get over Azari and the glowing blue electrical patterns displayed on his costume and hair when he used the electrical powers. Verrrrrry similar to Aqualad's look/abilities. And the fact that Next Avengers came out in 2008, and YJ chose to make Aqualad black...hmmmm. Conspiracy anyone?

The DC/Marvel argument has been going on forever. It was nice when Dark Horse, Image, Full Bleed and Top Cow came out and that argument quieted down a touch in the exploration of all these new characters, worlds and situations. Enjoy it for what it is - The Comic Book Universe.

It's not as good as Young Justice.

1) Young Justice
2) Avengers: EMH
3) Batman: Brave & Bold

I want to like this show. Really do. But I can't get past what is, imo, substandard animation.
