Official run time for Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier revealed?

Has the run time been leaked for Captain America: The Winter Soldier? Hit the jump to find out!

If you head on over to IMDB, you can see that someone seems to have put a run time for Marvel's Captain America: The Winter Soldier. It's currently on the popular movie information database as 128 minutes (or 2 hours and 8 minutes). Since Iron Man 3 clocked in at 135 minutes and Thor: The Dark World clocked in at 120 minutes, it seems plausible that this could be the run time for Captain America. However, this is IMDB we're talking about and thus it could be false information. The time could not be found to be posted anywhere else for verification, so take this information with a grain of salt.

I don't trust IMDB, but fair enough.

@Kurne
For Marvelites even 20 minutes would have been perfect.

Why do we care about the run time. Sometimes it's like we suck every minute detail out of these movies before we even see them.

Too short, we need 20 minutes more, but IMDB sucks anyway so there is hope. If this movie turns out great, I will become officially marvelfan.

I agree bud. Run time isn't a huge deal really. We all know it'll be at least 2hrs long by now.

People really hate IMDB? I have the app on my phone. Love to read the trivia section for some of my favorite movies.

I think most films should be 2 hrs long give or take 5-10 min.
When they reach the 2-1/2 or closer to 3 hrs...that's overkill.

IMDb is a great source of information after a movie comes out... but before a movie comes out, you cannot trust a single lick of it. Spider-Man 3 had Rosemary Harris listed as "Aunt May/Carnage" before it's release :-P

IMDB listed Scarecrow in an episode of Arrow where Clock King was the villain. Also they had Batman casted in one episode.

Decent run time. Thor 2 felt a bit short imo.

I agree with ImTheDoctor. I never trust anything IMDb lists before a release. I do love the website, but a lot of it is wishful thinking/rumour.

If the runtime is true, then I will watch CA: TWS in a movie theater!

@ImTheDoctor I agree with you. They even had a plot for AoU which was totally stupid. I think it said something like: After the government builds a robot named Ultron to protect earth, the Avengers are no longer needed. But they'll have to reassemble when Ultron turns against humanity.

I would like a like it a little longer honestly Thor The Dark World seemed a bit short and Cap is only 8 minutes longer. :(

But I guess that's ok. As long as they don't cut out all the good parts! Like old Peggy!

Thor The Dark World had way too much cut out.
