Captain Marvel is a character that fans have wanted to see on the big screen for a long time now, and while it was somewhat difficult to imagine Ms. Marvel ever being adapted to live-action, her 2012 makeover changed the perception of the character and newfound popularity helped make a movie a very real possibility. Of course, we now know that Carol Danvers will get a chance to shine in 2017, but what we don't know of course is who exactly will end up playing her in the MCU!
