Captain Marvel is a character that fans have wanted to see on the big screen for a long time now, and while it was somewhat difficult to imagine Ms. Marvel ever being adapted to live-action, her 2012 makeover changed the perception of the character and newfound popularity helped make a movie a very real possibility. Of course, we now know that Carol Danvers will get a chance to shine in 2017, but what we don't know of course is who exactly will end up playing her in the MCU!

After scouring through the CBM comments section, we've compiled 20 of the most popular suggestions in order to get a read on who you think would be the best choice to lead Marvel's first female-led superhero movie in Captain Marvel. Some of these picks are so uninspired . . . "You have blonde hair" . . ."You are on a relative right show now" "Etc etc blah blah blah" . . .Most likely it isn't gonna be any of these broads but for poll sake I give it to Sackhoff or Brit Marling. Those two feel like military to me wayyy more than these other actresses.

As long as they don't cast Emily Blunt or Jessica Chastain I'll be happy! Heck, I'd rather see Kate Upton or Brooklyn Decker as Carol Danvers than those two. Best option is Yvonne Strahovski.
