THE MARVELS Promo Art Offers Best Look Yet At The Movie's HERoes As Monica Rambeau Gets A Super Moniker

We have a massive gallery of concept art from Captain Marvel sequel, The Marvels, with a focus on Carol Danvers, Kamala Khan, and Monica Rambeau. Take a closer look at these awesome HERoes right here...

Ahead of The Marvels' release in theaters next month, a huge new selection of promo art for the Captain Marvel sequel has found its way online. Putting the spotlight squarely on Captain Marvel, Ms. Marvel, and Photon, we get perhaps our best look yet at their respective costumes.

We believe this is actually the first time Monica Rambeau has been showcased alongside her new superhero persona; however, it's been widely reported that the former S.W.O.R.D. agent is never actually referred to by "Photon" in the movie itself (the scene was shot but ultimately cut).

The final MCU project set to be released in 2023 after Echo was pushed to 2024, the hope is that The Marvels will end the year on a high. Loki season 2 has been receiving positive reviews, but Marvel Studios will want another Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 here, not a repeat of Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania

Check out this new promo art for The Marvels below.

In The Marvels, Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel has reclaimed her identity from the tyrannical Kree and taken revenge on the Supreme Intelligence. But unintended consequences see Carol shouldering the burden of a destabilized universe.

When her duties send her to an anomalous wormhole linked to a Kree revolutionary, her powers become entangled with that of Jersey City super-fan Kamala Khan, aka Ms. Marvel, and Carol’s estranged niece, now S.A.B.E.R. astronaut Captain Monica Rambeau. Together, this unlikely trio must team up and learn to work in concert to save the universe as "The Marvels."

The movie stars Brie Larson, Teyonah Parris, Iman Vellani, Samuel L. Jackson, Zawe Ashton and Park Seo-joon.

The Marvels is currently set to arrive in theaters on November 10.

HER?

@Saga - A simple play on the spelling of "Heroes" since the main protagonists are all female. Anyone with an iota of maturity will acknowledge it and move along with their day.

This movie will most likely be a massive flop

I lost interest as soon as I found out that this badass character would not be making his debut

@WakandaTech - He'll show up in the mid- or post-credit scene played by a popular, unexpected, actor, and then never use them again.

Why exactly did you feel the need to gender the word heroes in the way you did?

As someone who’s still looking forward to this to some extent, hate that Josh felt the need to unnecessarily stir shit. He knows what he’s doing, as innocent and naive as he likes to act when he gets called out for this stuff. An absolute cancer on this site
bkmeijer1
bkmeijer1 - 10/3/2023, 5:01 PM
@CerealKiller1 - take it easy, he's also (probably) the main reason this site still exists. You're always free to leave.

Anyway, I didn't even notice the HER in HERoes until I opened the comments
CerealKiller1
CerealKiller1 - 10/3/2023, 5:04 PM
@bkmeijer1 - Yeah I don’t buy that for a second. Would love to know how you came to that conclusion

In regards to the wording, good for you I guess? No offence but that says more about your reading ability than anything else
bkmeijer1
bkmeijer1 - 10/3/2023, 5:32 PM
@CerealKiller1 - well, Josh does contribute the most when in cones to the quantity of articles. Easier to get more clicks with more articles. And I'd say traffic is pretty important for it's existence.

Anyway, it has nothing to do with my reading ability as I skipped it entirely. I just read "The Marvels" and immediately click and head to comments.
CerealKiller1
CerealKiller1 - 10/3/2023, 5:53 PM
@bkmeijer1 - I guess I can’t disagree with that. It’s a shame though, if that’s what it takes to keep a site alive, maybe it shouldn’t still be alive

Still not sure of the point of this second part though. You skipped it, cool. Clearly most people read the words that were put in front of them and feel something one way or the other because of it. It’s coming across like you want a medal for NOT reading the article so I don’t get why you’re bringing it up
bkmeijer1
bkmeijer1 - 10/3/2023, 6:00 PM
@CerealKiller1 - I brought it up because you pointed it out (atleast, that's what I assumed stirring up meant). I just skim a title and pass it off as unimportant, but I suppose you're right that doesn't go for everyone.

That aside, I think the site is still fun to be around. Not many sites that have such active comment sections.
CerealKiller1
CerealKiller1 - 10/3/2023, 6:33 PM
@bkmeijer1 - I get you. I’m masochistic because this site has been in my life for many years and it’s hard to give up. Even though I do complain a lot. At least there are still people on this site like you that can have a convo about differences without resorting to outright abuse. Sorry if I was coming off a bit too strong in my earlier messages. Been one of those days!
LiteralSense
LiteralSense - 10/3/2023, 8:15 PM
@CerealKiller1 - Why so triggered over a play on words? This was part of the marketing for the first film. Really not that big of a deal.
CerealKiller1
CerealKiller1 - 10/3/2023, 10:59 PM
@LiteralSense - That’s a very naive way to look at it. Not sure if you come to this site often. But this writer is a resident shit stirrer. He knows exactly what he’s doing and so do most people on this site
LiteralSense
LiteralSense - 10/4/2023, 3:10 AM
@CerealKiller1 - Yes, I know he does some clickbait articles, but this isn’t the one to get triggered over though. I literally mentioned this was in marketing for the last film. He’s just using wordplay.

I just really don’t get why some people in the comments are so pressed over this.
bkmeijer1
bkmeijer1 - 10/4/2023, 3:57 AM
@CerealKiller1 - good to know people still appreciate civility. Also, I only just now saw your profile picture. Guess that matches not giving up
CerealKiller1
CerealKiller1 - 10/4/2023, 6:36 AM
@LiteralSense - ‘Some clickbait’. Sounds like you haven’t seen much of his work. Take it as the straw that broke the camels back. It’s a buildup

"HERoes"

This is the only reason I want this movie to fail, because of beta male simps like this.
Pathogen
Pathogen - 10/3/2023, 4:05 PM
@IronMan616 - The irony is that typically the males how use a phrase like this...are just wannabe alphas who watch some youtube videos to find some toxic way to be man...and fail miserably at it.

So...grow up. Be a man, not a follower.
Variant
Variant - 10/3/2023, 5:30 PM
@IronMan616 - So...you want a particular film to fail because of the way someone on the internet is writing about that film?

This is not only devoid of any logic, but makes you actually sound like the beta male here.
dagenspear
dagenspear - 10/3/2023, 10:52 PM
@Pathogen - Only way to be a man is to serve God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit truly.
dagenspear

@IronMan616 - So, just spouting political jargon talking points from your side then?
Pathogen
Pathogen - 10/4/2023, 11:51 AM
@dagenspear - Sure, if you can ignore all the nasty stuff that is in the new testaments as well. Or the fact that all these were written about what, 60 years after Jesus supposedly died? Back then, 60 years was about 2 generations of people lol
And then, there are how many rewrites and translations, almost all of them being influenced by the translator's own beliefs and agendas?
Come on. Real men think for themselves.
dagenspear
dagenspear - 10/4/2023, 12:33 PM
@Pathogen - Don't ignore anything in either testament.

Real men acknowledge they're sinners who are flawed and accept and embrace the salvation of Jesus Christ.
dagenspear
dagenspear - 10/4/2023, 12:44 PM
@Pathogen - God, Jesus Christ and The Holy Spirit are all very real. He saved my soul, changed my heart, changed my mind, made me better, helped through me.

God worked through Jesus Christ to save our souls. Jesus Christ died on the cross for our sins. Believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins, and that God raised Him from the dead, repent of your sins, accept God, Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit into your heart and you will be saved.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son Jesus Christ, that all who believe on Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Jesus Christ is The Way, The Truth and The Life. No one comes to the Father Jehovah God but through Him.

Not long after I got saved I prayed to God for help understanding the Holy Bible, and that same day someone knocked on my door asking me if I wanted to understand the Bible.
Pathogen
Pathogen - 10/4/2023, 1:25 PM
@dagenspear - I get it. You were in a dark place, needed a crutch, something to lean on to get you through. I won't begrudge you that. I do, however, have an issue with proselytizing and pushing some skewed belief on others. I won't believe or succumb to a perverted teaching, warped by the Church maintaining power over its people, and the hypocrisy therein. So far from the teachings of Jesus. Do you really think Jesus would damn people who didn't worship him? he didn't even want worship, or to be turned in to an idol.
That. Was. The. Church.
And people who say otherwise will never be close to Jesus.

The movie will tank, I have zero interest in Monica, Kamala I liked in Disney+, but i don't want to pay to see her. I wanted Cap. Marvel 2 and now someone though the Marvels would be better. the premise, when 1 used their power, they switch locations, it's a silly, kiddy premise, meaning the movie will not be grounded and be a comical, funny, like the rest of the dogcrap movies the MCU has been pumping out, definitely skipping. follow canon, listen to fans.
