THE MARVELS Star Brie Larson Shares A Workout Video Fit For Only The Mightiest Avengers

Avengers: Endgame and Captain Marvel star Brie Larson has shared another impressive workout video with fans, once again showcasing what it takes to transform into one of Earth's Mightiest Heroes...

Brie Larson first played Carol Danvers in Captain Marvel, later appearing (briefly) in Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. She's since made a cameo appearance in Shang-Chi and the Legends of the Ten Rings, but will once again take centre stage in The Marvels

Production reportedly wrapped last November, but Larson is clearly staying in superhero shape. The actress took to social media recently to share an impressive workout video that highlights her Marvel Cinematic Universe physique. The Oscar-winner recently alluded to possibly wrapping reshoots for the highly anticipated sequel.

After Carol played only a very minor role in Avengers: Endgame, the hope among fans is that we'll get to better explore what makes the hero tick in this sequel. Spectrum and Ms. Marvel are also going to be heavily featured, of course, and we're expecting them to play a key role in this story, likely helping Captain Marvel tackle another cosmic threat to Earth in the present day.

As for Larson, the Oscar-winner continues to prove that she's willing to do what it takes to showcase arguably the MCU's mightiest hero, and shuts down any doubters with this post.

We're not expecting a first look at the movie until much later this year, but will keep you updated!

The Marvels is set to be released in theaters on February 17, 2023.

And then her work is completely covered by one of the bulkiest superhero suits in the entire mcu.

@Origame - Not just her. Almost all of them get covered up by their suits. There's 1-2 money shots where an MCU actor's physique is shown off, if they're lucky.

@LongMayHeReign - Definitely one of the worst offenders. Holland and his CGI suit is also a disservice.

Seeing Cumberbatch's arms in the trailer when he wakes up looks like he's been working out - just for them to drape him in his costume.

@Waddles - I'd imagine being dominated by Amber to be the time of my life! as long as she don't take a dump on me.

Idk why they made her character so unlikeable and wooden. Hopefully they can make her more likeable but everytime I see her character pop up I just get taken out of the story

@Einschlagmann - She was VERY likeable and lovable on Community. Instead of focusing on her character they focused on how flawless she is, how powerful she is. Hard to relate to such characters.

@Waddles - I never really understood the wooden criticism when it was very clearly what they were trying to do. The movie was literally about them trying to keep her emotionless so she wouldn't remember who she really is.

I think if people say she was wooden then she did a good job conveying what the story wanted from her. If people don't like the direction from a story standpoint that's perfectly fine but she was following her direction

People with social media are sad spends more time with social media than working out and interacting with people in person what’s point making video working out unless you go to gym someone starts trouble with you I can see point video being made for evidence

@dragon316 - break up your thoughts into digestible chunks. it'll be easier to read, and people will take you more seriously.

@Dabs - you think he knows what digestible means? He's been here for at least a year with these barely coherent comments. At first I tried to help him. But he doesn't ever address it. He knows he writes funky yet doesn't improve. Which leads me to think there's a reason he is this way. So I've ceased poking fun or trying to help him. I think he's just happy to be part of a community

I get they were going for a Terminator-esque characterization for her. But Arnold was never the protagonist. Without a John Connor to bounce off of, it just fell flat, and she appeared cold and wooden, for the most part. Not Larson's fault.

For this new one, now that her memories have returned, and at least some of the Kree brainwashing has been countered, maybe some of her pre-tesseract personality can return. I loved the flashbsck sequences with her singing karaoke and actually having a personality.

I think the "misogynists want her to smile more" criticism isn't really fair. Up until her film, the only characters in the MCU that appeared as hardened as Danvers were villains and Vision (and even he seemed to emote more). Unless I'm forgetting someone.

It's just hard to relate to someone like that, and that's a problem.
UnderBelly
UnderBelly - 2/25/2022, 11:32 AM
@SheepishOne - If she was a bit more gritty I'd buy it more. like have her head butt a couple guys and get a bloody nose. that would be cool.
SheepishOne
SheepishOne - 2/25/2022, 11:42 AM
@UnderBelly - Yea, I agree. Her brutality didn't match her hardened characterization. If we can't feel anything emotionally for her, let us feel it in shock value, for what she's willing to do. They gave us the worst of both worlds.

I wouldn't even say her movie was bad. It was just milk toast, which is worse for longevity. Her 5 minutes of characterization in Endgame was better than 2 hours in her own film.
UnderBelly
UnderBelly - 2/25/2022, 1:27 PM
@SheepishOne - Yeah. her origin was just bland. The skrulls were more interesting than her.

@IcePyke - She is not transforming like @joshwilding wrote. She's as skinny as always and will stay that way unless she's starts to eat more and get calorie plus. She might get stronger though, I think thats what she wants. Superhero bod though- No!

That’s a superhero workout? No wonder nobody can stand Bree Larson, she’s very pretty and that’s about the extent of her acting ability. Good for her, she worked her abs out and filmed it. And a bunch of “fans”’are gonna say how amazing she is and she’s the best ever because she posted a four minute workout video. She’s paid how many millions again to be a superhero? Put some actual effort in then post a video. What a premadonna, she literally only posted this video to get attention and have her idiotic fans tell her how amazing she is
