Following the slew of images posted these last two days, two more from Marvel's much-anticipated Captain America: The First Avenger have apparently been overlooked. Featuring the Captain, Howard Stark, Peggy Carter, and Colonel Philips, as well a few previously-seen images now in high-resolutions, check them out below.

Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull. Starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving, the film releases July 22, 2011.

Iron Man was great due to its improvisation and Robert Downey Jr. However it fell short in its final boss battle sequences. I don't think Cap will be improv but I'm sure it will be a well rounded film. Certainly, it will be the perfect lead-in to "The Avengers."

I'm with Intruder. I have such high hopes for this and I know it's gonna deliver :)

@CaptainDusty: It's a gun made up for the movie - the HYDRA soldiers carry them. Some of the other Commandos are carrying different HYDRA guns as well.

@CaptainDusty: Something tells me we're gonna be seeing lots of that! :D I don't know how interested in guns you are, but you should check this site out. It's an encyclopedia of guns by film. They have a page for CA:TFA - every gun is identified with pics. It's a great site, I waste so much time there :)

I really hope this movie will rock, and if you note a tone of hesitation is because, the movie face a lot of competition by the prior weekend with Harry Potter and also by the following weekend of release with Alien & Cowboys, but even if it is a good movie I will like it despite of the financial success or failure....

@heavanlydark--- omg, i see my way... the light is beautiful.. i now see the wonderment of the Capt America movie buzz.. please hit me again soon for im afraid the brain cells you just killed will slowly start repairing themselves and i will come to my normal state of thinking,.. that this movie will not entice me once again and all i can hope for is next years CBM's!!!
