Interestingly, it also mentions live action and animated televison or movie adaptations as well as merchandise!
However, I wouldnt bet on this having anything to do with
The Avengers as the image above clearly shows that it's video game related more than anything else. Interestingly, it's worth noting that it was Marvel who filed the trademark for the series
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance as well rather than publisher Activision. I wouldnt mind betting that this has something to do with the third installment of the popular video game franchise!
