On day 1 of Wizard World St. Louis Comic Con, I was fortunate to get a short interview with legendary Power Ranger veteran Jason David Frank. Jason has starred in many of the early Power Ranger seasons as the leader of the team until his departure from the show then his surprising return in Power Rangers Dino Thunder. He now has a large fan base of loyal followers of all ages and continues to impress as he pursues a career in MMA and has recently been entered into the Guinness Book of World Records for breaking seven pine boards during a freefall (old habits die hard I guess). Take a look at what Jason had to say.
Me: "So I wanted to ask you out of everything you done in your career as far as your martial arts and being with the power rangers...what do you think is the top accomplishment out of everything you've done so far?
Jason: "Uh, out of everything probably just being a dad but um, of all that stuff I'd definitely just say biggest complement is just being the Green Ranger, I mean it's just become an icon. Just being a dad and being the Green Ranger."
Me: "The new power ranger series, are you interested in being in that?"
Jason: "It really all depends on how the script is."
Me: "And if you come back, which ranger would you prefer to be?"
Jason: "Probably green."
Me: "One last question, is there anything you want people to look out for...?"
Jason: "Um, I would just say look out...pay close attention to my fan page cuz I post two, three hours a night and everything I do I post on there."
