Green Lantern Tomar-Re Action Figure Revealed?

Green Lantern Tomar-Re Action Figure Revealed?

A "presale" Green Lantern action figure has been put up on eBay featuring the movie version of Tomar-Re, with several shots giving us a close up look of his entire body and costume...

A user on the The Green Lantern Corps Message Board has come across this rather interesting item for sale on the US version of eBay. Claiming to be a presale version of the Tomar-Re movie figure, there's really no reason to doubt it's authenticity (though there is of course no way of ever being 100% sure without OFFICIAL confirmation) especially as the ad included, "Mattel Copyright Reserved" and the seller has almost perfect positive feedback from buyers. In my own opinion, this makes it somewhat unlikely that it's a fake he's trying to pass off as being real. However, I'll leave it up to you guys to confirm or debunk its authenticity below!

Starring Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively and Mark Strong, Green Lantern is set to be released in 3D on June 17, 2011!

NAJI @ No Lie, they are awesome! ; )

I'm not much of an avid Action Figure collector these days, but bar one (got to get) I bought all the Watchmen range, that was just wave one ^^^

Damn, can't wait for GREEN LANTERN dude, I hope DC (WB) does us proud!

If this is a fake, it's the best one I've seen. Cool find Josh.

Doesn't look as smooth as I'd like in the mid-section. Almost like 2 figurines put together in the middle. Am I wrong here?

This figure looks to be from the Movie Masters line and not the 3.75 to 4 inch line that the Hal Jordan figure posted today comes from. From what I hear there will be a few different sizes released but I'm excited about the Movie Masters and with the 4 Horseman sculpting again like they did on the Dark Knight line then this line will be great! Green Lantern is going to be awesome!

If they are not DC Direct they are not worth the cash.

Well, it's Mattel, like all DC movies toys are!

But this one looks nice (Even better than Hal's)!

Seeing from the points of articulation, pretty sure this one's from Movie Masters line, like these TDK figures!
