GOTHAM: Here's An Official Look At Cameron Monaghan's Version Of The Joker

FOX's Gotham has made quite a change from its season one days. At first, it used to be a grounded cop show. Now it's full of supervillains, and heavy hints towards the Dark Knight himself. One of those supervillains is the well-known Joker, as Gotham has officially brought the character to light on there. Actor Cameron Monaghan posted a picture of his new look on Instagram recently.

Meet J. #Gotham returns in two weeks. Thursday, May 3rd.

It definitely looks similar to the Mark Hamill Joker, or even the 1940's Joker from way back when.

Will he have Harley Quinn by his side? Or will he use his infamous laughing gas on innocent citizens? Tune into Gotham on FOX, May 3rd to find out.

I don’t even watch this show but knowing what I know about Jerome and seeing all the clips and recent red band trailer about him, it looked incredible. To them completely ditch that character after spending years giving him all this depth and backstory to then just say “actually, his twin brother is the joker that you don’t even know, so here he is and care about him now” is so typical DC television bullshit. They HAD it. Jerome looked awesome WHY do this?!?

You won't like Jerome's brother when he's angry.

I’ll reserve judgment until I see him in action. I do see some serious 40s goin on.

I'm not a huge fan of Gotham but along with the Penguin, Cameron Monaghan Jermone has been pretty damn good. Unfortunately this is just silly and stupid. Jermone was already working as a solid build up to the Joker with a pretty good look. The decision to not have him become the Joker only to make his twin played by the same damn actor the real Joker is just stupid writing.

Most people have questioned this show since the start, yet they always pull through. Since they have not dissapointed yet I will hold my opinion until I see this new Mr. J

This show has improved drastically over the seasons. That recent twist was unnerving but I'm optimistic lol
